Understanding video acceptance

How will I know if my video is accepted or rejected?

After your video is reviewed, you’ll receive an email notifying you if your submission qualifies for earning. Be sure to check your junk mail folder to avoid missing important updates. If your video is selected, you’ll also receive a confirmation email detailing your payment.

My video met all the guidelines. Why wasn’t it accepted?

Even if your video meets all the guidelines, it may not always be accepted due to our current program needs. For example, if we’ve already accepted a video for a specific property, additional submissions for the same property may not be selected, even if they meet all criteria.

Since we are in the beta stage, we are continuously improving the program based on content performance, traveler feedback, and research insights. Our selection process is evolving to ensure we maintain a diverse and relevant collection that best serves travelers and our brand partners.

Can I appeal a rejected video or resubmit it for review?

Your video may be rejected at any stage of the review process. Currently, review decisions are final, but you are encouraged to submit new videos that align with our guidelines and requirements.
